- I reserved the right to decline projects. Being some of the reasons time unability or not being able to achieve the customer expectations- Payment must be made by Paypal or Vgen Payments in USD. Being a full upfront pay or a 50% if the customer request it. This is to ensure the safety of the artist and the client, preventing any suspicious activity bewteen both parties.- If you're unsatisfied with my work, you're entitled to a 50% refund upon request. A full refund will only apply if, for whatever reason, I'm not able to make or finish the comission.- Commissions can take from two weeks to four weeks depending on the complexity of the project.- Buying the song doesn't make you the creator of it. I'm still the composer/producer, so proper credit must be detail in the post or any activites that involves the music: youtube, spotify, etc.- GeskosMU grants the client an exclusive, perpetual, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable synchronization license for the musical work, strictly for use in the audiovisual project specified by the client. The client is permitted to use, distribute, monetize, and publicly display the audiovisual content containing the synchronized musical work worldwide and without time limitation.- The musical work may not be used, distributed, resold, sublicensed, or uploaded independently from the authorized audiovisual project. Additionally, it is strictly prohibited to register the music in audio libraries or content identification systems (such as Content ID) as a standalone work separate from the authorized project.- I reserve the right to publish, distribute, and monetize the musical work as standalone content on streaming and video platforms, provided that such use does not interfere with the synchronization license granted to the client.- I retain full copyright ownership of the musical work, you DO NOT HAVE a copyright assignment. If you want to be the sole author of the economic rights (have a copyright assignment instead of a license) we can negotiate a new price. This also applies if you want to distribute physical copies (CDs,vinyls, etc.) of the music.- If you decide to commission me you are accepting all the terms of service
